At Ubinome I provided proactive and engaged leadership on key projects designed to integrate and develop mobile applications, web applications and CRM/ERP technologies. I have implemented three (3) Enterprise ERP systems and lead the development of four (4) custom Enterprise CRM system applications.

I am responsible for managing the application development SDLC in AsanaProjects and act as a liaison between software developers and project managers This often includes working with internal stakeholders and project teams to define business cases and establish project scope, system goals, and requirements to support application development

At Point Click Care I worked with the Corporate Systems Technology team with 6 NetSuite Administrators to manage and update NetSuite ERP, CRM and OneWorld user accounts.

I Participated in Subject Matter Expert (SME) discussions, planning and testing new enhancements or solutions to drive business processes.

I began as a Project Coordinator and quickly grew in to the role of a Project Manager.

My most significant contribution was when I worked on project team responsible for overseeing Shoppers Drug Mart acquisition. I was responsible for building the business cases, flowcharts, decision diagrams and story boards in VISIO and Powerpoint for requirements gathering & reports.

Autolinx Logistics is the 3PL Freight Brokerage arm of Autolinx Express. I worked reported directly to the Sales Manager and laised with the Operations Manager to plan, book and manage ground shipments across North America.
